Posh Mama Online Magazine and Social Network showcases Articles, Contests, Giveaways, and offers links to other Websites. We are not responsible for what is posted outside our community. Designated trademarks and brands are the sole property of their respective owners. Posh Mama Media, LLC owns all original Posh Mama images, related graphics, Posh Mama logo, sub-logos and original Posh Mama content on this site. You may not reproduce anything from this site without obtaining prior permission from the appropriate owner. You may advertise a website on your profile page but must send us a url to a visible Posh Mama link on that site within 24 hours of joining Posh Mama. Badges are available at Posh Mama Badges. Please contact Help Desk immediately if you have a unique situation.

If you own, moderate or contribute to another social network and/or are trying to promote another social network on Posh Mama, please contact Help Desk for approval prior to joining. If you are a current member please contact us for approval while you are still in the development states and prior to any official write up's, articles or releases of any new networks. We work with many networks, sites and blogs and have great relationships in partnering together. However, please know that if you do not have approval and are found developing or promoting content for an unapproved social network or other site, you will be immediately removed from the site. In addition, any spamming of our membership with invitations, unsolicited emails or any other activity on Posh Mama that violates our Terms of Service, you will be immediately and permanently banned from our community.

Each Posh Mama has the ability to advertise their independent designs, boutiques or interests on their "place" at Posh Mama as well as in Forums, Events Calender, etc. However, we do not allow mass emails to individuals or groups nor do we allow advertising your business on other Posh Mama's "Places". We want each Posh Mama to be successful and so we do provide specific areas for you to promote your business. If you have an idea for a promotion and would like to know the best way to handle it, please contact Posh Mama for additional information. PM Contributors get thousands of dollars of free advertising annually (current value is $19,800) on the front page with links directly to their blogs or sites in exchange for their weekly articles. In addition, they gain exposure to various Press outlets, networks and partners of Posh Mama Media, LLC. Check out our Press page and see all the National and International publications where PM Contributors are published each week. Please note that Posh Mama is a spam-free community and we take this very seriously. We define spam as creating, sending or enabling anything that constitutes or contains "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", "unsolicited emails", "unsolicited invitations", "unsolicited promotions" and "any advertisement that you are prohibited by law or by these TOS from sending to any member of our community". However, should you receive spam from anyone, immediately forward or copy and paste the spam message to Posh Mama so we are able to shut down anyone who tries to spam our community.

We will not tolerate cyber-stalking which we define as someone joining our group under a false name and repeatedly contacting another member in such a way as to harass, degrade, intimidate, cause them fear, anxiety, or other discomfort. This also includes publishing personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent. In cases of cyber-stalking, Posh Mama will cooperate with Law Enforcement, Attorneys, the victim and others as needed and provide all pertinent information including but not limited to IP addresses, email addresses, copies of photos posted, copies of all harassing information and other material. We will work to help prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone that is cyber-stalking on Posh Mama. We also will not tolerate harmful, threatening or abusive behavior of any kind. Harassing, offensive or sexually oriented material is strictly not allowed. Invasion of another's privacy, defamatory or libelous statements or activities that violate Federal or California State Law are strictly not allowed and will not be tolerated. Content designed for purposes of trying to meet and date our members is not allowed and you will be permanently removed from the community. Anything that would harm minors in any way, hateful behavior towards an individual or group of individuals will not be tolerated and we will work with authroities to aid in prosecution. You may not employ misleading email or IP addresses, forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through Posh Mama.

We will never share, sell, or trade any of your private or personal information. However, we will provide all information to law enforcement if someone is cyber-stalking, harassing another member or in such cases where lawful court order exists. We are a female-only community and want to provide all Posh Mamas with a fun, friendly and safe online experience. Search engines will only be able to search content on the "Main Page" of our community. The rest of the community is set to private and search engines and spiders are not allowed on these pages. Posh Mama cannot be held responsible for information placed in public view by our members. This site is monitored 24/7 and any of the above offending actions will result in a warning but mostly likely instant and permanent removal from our community.

Accounts that are inactive for 30 days are subject to removal from the site as we want to keep things dynamic. Upon applying for Membership you must fill out the required questions asked and submit an image with your profile. We will not accept any profile that is not complete. If you use a bogus email address, you will be removed from the site. By applying for membership on Posh Mama you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Posh Mama may update these Terms of Service at anytime and it is your responsibility to insure your compliance.

To report technical faults, or should you have a problem with another member, questions, concerns, or suggestions, please contact the Help Desk.
